Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

TRY HOCKEY FOR FREE

This is a free event.

Glacier Avalanche Travel

Refund of ice fees for players unable to continue due to medical reasons or family relocation shall be issued as follows: 75% for withdrawal before December 1st, 50% before January 1st, and 25% before February 1st.

Local/House League

Refund of ice fees for players unable to continue due to medical reasons or family relocation shall be issued as follows: 75% for withdrawal before December 1st, 50% before January 1st, and 25% before February 1st.

10U BATTLE OF THE BORDER

Requests to withdraw from a tournament will be made in writing to GHA's Executive Director. 45 - 30 Days before the date of the Tournament, fees will be refunded to the registrant less an administration fee of 25% of the tournament fee assessed by GHA. 30 or fewer days before the date of the Tournament, fees will be refunded to the registrant less an administration fee of 50% of the tournament fee assessed by GHA. 14 or fewer days before the date of the tournament, 100% of the Tournament fees will be forfeited by the registrant.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

8U Battle of the Border
